UTILISATION
Dissolve 25 g of Carbo Pure in 500ml of water. Take 1-2 servings per day. The ideal moment to take Active Carbo Pure is 1/2 hour before, during or after workout.
After a hard training session, the used amount can be increased to replenish the glycogen depots.
